Payment Policy & Refunds:

Full payment for cleaning services is required at the time of service unless we are an established vendor an pay per invoice. We use Square for secure credit card processing.

K&D Scrubs LLC happily accepts Cash, invoicing for established accounts, and Credit Cards as payment methods. 

 

The charges for initial, deep, one-time, move in/out, and seasonal cleanings are based on a flat rate.

 

Regular Clients – Please leave payments on the kitchen counter if you pay by cash regularly. We strive to deliver superior service and ensure your satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we'll re-clean the area(s) of concern at no extra charge.

 

In cases where a payment arrangement was made and an invoice sent, K&D Scrubs LLC may charge a late fee for overdue amounts. The late fee equals 10% of the unpaid subtotal each month. Customers will also be responsible for any collection costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred to collect overdue amounts.

Cancellations & Missed Cleanings

Please cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

Arrival Schedule

Cleaning services are provided between 9am and 5pm on your scheduled day. Since cleaning times may vary per apartment, we can't promise an exact arrival/departure time.

We recommend an unoccupied house during cleaning for efficiency and best rates. However, we understand this may not always be feasible, so we can discuss arrangements for unique circumstances.

Service Limitations

​

a) We don't climb higher than a 2-step ladder.

 

b) We won't move furniture weighing over 15 lbs but will use an extension duster for accessible areas.

 

c) Biohazardous areas will not be cleaned (including cat litter boxes, human/animal waste, etc.).

For health and safety reasons, we don't clean up mold, human, pest, or pet waste and bodily fluids. In such cases, we can recommend specialized cleaning companies. Affected rooms will be skipped, and you'll be discounted accordingly.

Price Adjustments

K&D Scrubs LLC reserves the right to revise client rates. You'll be notified 30 days prior to any price increases.

Digital Media

We occasionally take before and after pictures of the apartment for our reference.  We might use exterior pictures for advertising purposes, but your consent isn't required. Any photos won't include any person living in the home. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
